MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS

The drum can reduce water consumption from soaking,tanning and dyeing process and consumption of chemical raw material .There is a new structure inside the drum,so that it makes leather softer and dyeing more even in the same process time.It can load over 33% more than ordinary drums,the loading capacity can reach to 60—70% of the drum volume.

1、The drum body is made of stainless steel sheet ,with high quality insulation material filled between inner and outer shell. Multifunctioned exchanger system is installed on the other side of the drum. The drum is equipped with automatic liquid circulation filtration system of single direction rotation.Auxiliary electrical control box is installed on the right side of the drum for convenience of operation.

2、Heavy hammer exhaust valve is arranged on one side of the drum, so as to ensure that there is no pressure in the drum body during the working process.

3、Long baffles with a gradient are installed inside the drum,especially suitable for cowhides as their high mechanical effect.

4、Increase two sets of manual drainage on one side of the drum to save cleaning time.

5、For the drive system:through the triangle rubber belt,leather belt pulley gear box and spur gear drive.The drive shaft of the gear box is configured with pneumatic brakes.

6、For the electrical control system :we adopt frequency control . PLC circuit control .
